Approach

  • • First, we seek to understand your sustainable procurement objectives and pain points. This could be through a discovery meeting or as part of our Capability Diagnostic

    • Digitalisation is no silver bullet. We challenge our clients to consider if a digital solution will help or if the initial focus should be on wider procurement policy, process and skills development

    • We then help clients define a set of requirements, ensuring that all key stakeholders are consulted. We then translate these requirements into a format that can be clearly understood by the market

  • • Equipoise will complete a supply market analysis to identify digital solutions that can meet our client’s requirements. This will include known suppliers and new entrants

    • We support the end-to-end sourcing process to identify a right-fit solution including the launch of an RFx process, bid evaluation, negotiation and final supplier selection

  • • Depending on the nature of the solution that is being deployed Equipoise can support the technical and change management processes required to implement the solution

    • This may include training for the procurement team or updates to the procurement process documents to embed the solution into business-as-usual activities
