    • We assess your people, processes, data and current technology, consulting all key stakeholders

    • AI is no silver bullet. We will tell you honestly if the first priority should be policy, process or skills rather than technology

    • We redesign target processes and roles, define your requirements and decide whether to buy, build or blend

    • For off-the-shelf solutions, we complete a supply market analysis and support the end-to-end sourcing process, including RFx, evaluation and negotiation. We pay particular attention to AI features and pricing

    • For custom tools, we specify and prototype the solution with your team

    • We support the technical and change management processes needed to implement the solution

    • This includes training your team and updating procurement processes so the solution becomes business as usual

    • We track adoption and value, and refine as you go
